THIS RESIN MODEL KIT IS TO HONOR BORIS KARLOFF IN THE ROLE OF the
MUMMY from the film the MUMMY (1932).. SEEN IN THE FILM FOR ONLY SECONDS AS THE UNEARTHED 3,700 YEAR OLD LIVING DEAD MUMMY,, KARLOFF IS TERRIFYING. His peering eyes are slits just barely open as he comes out of his casket to drive the archeologist raveing mad . This kit started as an actual life mask taken from the face of Boris Karloff in the 30s then it has been sculpturaly enhanced by artist Erick Erickson to duplicate the Make up effects created by Jack Pierce. This creates an acurate historic display that you will be proud to present.

       The one piece model is a full scale one to one ready to be painted kit. It has been layered up in off white resin to create an amazingly detailed skin. The shell has then been filled with rigid expandable Urethane foam to produce a filled solid that is very durable. The kit measures 7 inches wide by 11 1/2 inches tall. The cast goes to behind the ears and has a flat back. The kit comes with the hardware for wall hanging or can be displayed on the optional stand. .
