Bruce
Lee (1940-1973) Lee was born in San Francisco
and grew up in Hong Kong. After studying at the University of Washington
he opened Kung Fu academies along the west coast. During a visit
to Hong Kong , Lee stared in his first picture. Fists
of Fury . The
Chinese Connection, and the film Enter
the Dragon were all released in 1973. That
same year, Bruce Lee died in Mysterious Circumstances.
This mask has been enhanced by sculptor Erick
Erickson. It was painstakingly restored
preserving all of the detail. The ears and hair have been sculpturally
added . The eyes with the unmistakable alertness of battle pays tribute
to Lee and his accomplishments.
EACH SCULPTURE IS SIGNED AND NUMBERED BY THE ARTIST.
The sculpture is ready to hang.
The sculpture is cast in Tuf-Cal a fiber filled Gypsum cement with polymer
additives.
This mask is finished in Kung Fu Gold and rubbed with an antiquing overlay
to bring out the detail.
